Meet our signature Ultreya Espresso — the blend we use for our wholesale and retail customers. Smooth, balanced, and wildly crowd-pleasing, this espresso was crafted for people who want a shot that tastes amazing on its own and shines in milk drinks. This blend brings rich chocolate notes, sweet caramelized sugar, and a round, creamy body that holds up beautifully in lattes, cappuccinos, and cortados. If you're brewing at home, this is the easiest, most consistent espresso we roast — perfect for beginners and experienced home baristas. Roasted in small batches on San Franciscan SF-25 roaster right here in San Diego.
Heart it if you’d brew it, or pass.
Espresso blend is a low-acidity coffee. The cup is smooth and mellow rather than snappy.
How to pull Espresso blend as espresso. It is a low-acidity coffee.
Low acidity likes a heavier brew. The oils make the cup feel round.

Espresso blend breaks down as fruity, chocolate, caramel and sweet.
Fruity×1
berries
Ripe fruit. Berries and stone fruit taste juicy and sweet, not sharp.
Chocolate×1
milk chocolate
Cocoa sweetness. It tastes round and familiar, especially as the cup cools.
Caramel×1
caramel
Cooked sugar. Toffee, honey, or maple sit with the roast instead of tasting like fruit.
Sweet×1
golden sugar
Dessert sweetness. Vanilla, cream, or cookie reads as sugar rather than fruit.
