For a long time we switched between a bunch of independent roasters online: hunting lots, placing one-off orders, trying to keep a cadence. It got time-consuming. The joy of walking into a new shop turned into a pile of tabs.
The alternatives weren’t better. Most were a single roaster’s subscription, or not enough diversity to evolve with our coffee interests. We wanted a product that grows with you as your taste changes. Select when you want a daily bag, Premium when a lot stands out, Platinum when you’re chasing something wild.
A lot of people fall in love with coffee in a small way. Then it becomes a crucial part of the daily routine. We want to be invited into that ritual: simpler, more enjoyable, still as curious as the first time you found a shop that felt like yours.
