The Double Zero is our signature blend. The exact makeup changes seasonally but it is always going to taste like Chocolate, Stone Fruit and Citrus. It’s an amazing espresso or black coffee designed to be approachable and engaging. It’s a great espresso on its own, and it really shines in milk. Currently, it is 60 percent Colombia El Meridiano and 40 percent Peru Querocoto. We find this blend is rich and satisfying, with a balanced caramel sweetness, medium-heavy body, and a clean citrus finish.

- Fine grind
- Tamper
- Scale
- Dose about 18g and aim for 36g of espresso in 25 to 30 seconds.
- If the shot runs fast and tastes sharp, grind finer.
- If it chokes and tastes bitter, grind coarser.
- Serve right away. Espresso fades within a minute.
