Current blend information: Colombia - Tatacoa from Huila, produced by 60 small farms at 1650-2000m, variety Pink Bourbon, Caturra, Colombia, Castillo, washed process (66.66% of blend). Musa Abalulesa from Limu, Oma Fontule, Ethiopia, produced by 22 smallholders, variety 74110, 74165, washed process (33.33% of blend). Behind the name No. 7: In 1933, Myron Scott photographed boys racing in crates and one had painted a number 7 on his car, which became the official Soap Box Derby logo. Boxcar derby racing inspired our namesake. This blend uses in-season coffees that are sweet and approachable, always satisfying whether at our cafes or on an adventure.
