A blend of two washed coffees from Colombia and Peru. The Colombian component comes from 60 small farms in the Tatacoa region of Huila (1650-2000m, Pink Bourbon, Caturra, Colombia, Castillo). The Peruvian component is from 500 smallholders in San Ignacio, Peru (1800m, Bourbon, Caturra).
